How Custom Design Works

1. Send us your design brief with your event details, wording, theme, colors and inspiration.
2. We’ll create 2 initial design concepts for you to review.
3. Choose your favorite concept and send us one consolidated list of requested changes.
4. We’ll complete your included revision and send the final design for approval.
5. Once you approve the artwork, your production time begins.

What Does One Revision Include?

One revision round is one consolidated set of changes to the design concept you selected.
It may include changes to wording, colors, fonts, image placement or small layout details.
A completely new design direction or additional design concepts are not considered a revision
and may require an additional design fee.

Production Time

Choose Standard Production — 4 Business Days at no additional cost or
Rush Production — 1–2 Business Days for an additional $10.
Production time begins only after final artwork approval and does not include shipping
or delivery time.

For custom design orders, the design and approval process takes place before production begins.
Rush production speeds up the printing stage and does not include rush design or revision service.

Please verify all names, spelling, dates, times, addresses, phone numbers and event details
before approving your final artwork. Printing begins after approval. Colors on the finished
printed invitations may vary slightly from colors displayed on a computer or mobile screen.
